Return Policy

We strive to assure Your confidence when using our services and provide a 5-day Returns Policy.

In case You are not satisfied with the received product for a valid reason you need to get in touch with us concerning the problem You’ve faced as soon as You received the product. You will be able to request one of the following options: a future credit, reshipment OR refund.

What does each option mean?

Future credit – A specific amount of money applied to Your account which You can use for the next order. Will be credited from the moment the application is approved.

Reshipment – Second time shipping of the previous order or its part to resolve the loss or lack of quality (commonly takes 3-5 business days after we approve the application).

Refund – A whole or partial compensation of Your order (might take 3-5 business for the refund to appear on Your bank account after we approve the application).

PDCosmetics will come to a decision on Your return application for one of the above-mentioned options within 5 business days.

NOTES:

  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, partially approve or choose the type of return;
  • In case the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) no return will be honored;
  • Once you have placed an order and refuse acceptance of the parcel from either the local postal office, courier, border control OR customs – there is no option to apply for any of the above-mentioned return options;
  • You are liable for all customs fees and charges.

From December 8, 2022 to January 8, 2023, we will not accept orders for products that require thermal packaging
